Recipro are always being sent messages of support and stories of people?s success when using the Recipro service, recently we received an email from a construction college tutor and wanted to share it with all of our users...

Dear Recipro

My name is John Povey I am the construction tutor at Bosworth Community College in Desford Leicester and I thought you may like to know how Recipro has helped out our construction courses over the past year or so.

As a lifelong builder who has now decided to put something back into building the workforce of construction for the future I have been working in the education sector since 2007 and have successfully set up 2 construction units to teach the basics of construction to school children from the age of 14 upwards, as you may well have seen that this government is hell bent on cutting funding for Vocational courses in favour of the academic's, it was while trawling the internet that I found your site and registered to try to avail myself of some cheap materials to use to teach my students.

However since registering and using your website I now have a source in Mansfield (The Linney Group) who regularly supply us with free off cuts of various sized MDF for the students to make boxes etc, and also another company called Tingdene Homes in Wellingborough who have donated not only building materials but also through a client of theirs Number1 Coronation street or the actual house that was designed and built for the 2011 Ideal Home Show which it is based on, at the moment we are preparing our college site to accommodate the house which will then be used as a LIVE workshop for teaching painting & decorating, kitchen fitting etc .

Recipro would like to thank John for telling us about his success using the site and we'd love to hear from anyone else who has a story about how they have used the site, email us on
